This policy applies to agency memberships bought from SHIFTCARE Homehealthcare, LLC. Caregivers use SHIFTCARE free, so nothing is charged to them.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your membership, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the charge, for any reason.

Every agency membership starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Refunds are processed through our payment partner, Stripe. To request one, email us at sarah.newtonapplebooks@gmail.com and we'll help.

You can cancel anytime. You'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
